Stewardship Sound Circles Sound circles are my way of giving back to the community where I live and to our greater global village. For those who have not had the opportunity to experience a private treatment, I invite you to come to a sound circle and share in the fulfillment of participating in a community contribution.
The theory behind Tibetan bowls is comparable to our knowledge of colors and wavelength. Just as we know all colors have different wave lengths, the systems & organs in our body also have varying measurable wave lengths. Our heart is different then our spleen, which is different from our liver. With this in mind we use specific bowls that have been measured for their frequency (Hertz) over correlating areas of the body.
To bring: All participants are kindly asked to arrive in zipper-free and button-free clothing. Bring a blanket or yoga mat, along with a water bottle. With your permission, during the course of the evening, bowls will be placed on your abdomen, on your chest, or your feet. Participants will be laying in a circle with heads in the center while I spend time moving among people with the bowls. The evening will include the use of eight bowls, seven for the Chakras and one bowl to be played in the center to create continuous gentle sound.
Proceeds will be donated. Suggested donation is $20.00, however, pay what you can.

Past Sound Circles Our Prayer for Nepal All are welcome for an evening using the healing resonance of Tibetan Singing Bowls. The intentions for our evening include opening our heart to the gifts we are able to offer to others and to ourselves. The bowls used during the evening have an intimate connection to Nepal and the area that was effected by the earthquake. The facilitator, Sarah Feiner RMT, is using bowls that have been purchased through her local teacher Lisa Wilvert who trains practitioners in the Newmarket area. Lisa travels and studies in Nepal, and has a direct relationship with the people whom she orders bowls from. During her latest visit to Nepal she was able to spend time with the blacksmiths who forge and craft the bowls.
