This workshop will be gentle in nature, respectful of individual privacy to share, while still allowing very creative and very tangible change to take place. There will be two parts to the evening with a short break in the middle.
Healing Patterns of Relationship to Self and Others Sun March 8th 6:00-9:00pm
How we do anything is how we do everything. Our inner and outer worlds are mirrors of each other, and as we are given the ability to create change in one place, this change ripples into all other areas in need of healing. Nintey percent of what we lived yesterday, we are again living today. With some gentle self-awareness we can begin to create lasting changes as we choose to create healthier habits of relating to self and others. There will be two parts to the evening with a short break in the middle. $45.00/workshop or $80.00/both Please bring comfy clothes for restorative yoga, your yoga mat, water, and an open heart.
