Aromatherapy for Cold &Flu: Support for Adults and Children
As the weather turns cooler more of us would like natural options for boosting our immune systems! This presentation includes looking specifically at options for families to stimulate their immune systems, assist with respiratory illness, and optimize the amount of rest we need when feeling under-the-weather using essential oils. Essential oils can be absorbed into the body and into the bloodstream through several methods including inhalation and topical application. This has been clinically proven by taking a blood test twenty minutes after exposure to an essential oil and seeing the active chemical components of the essential oils within the blood. Essential oils have an effect on organ and organ systems, and with this in mind professionals around the world are using essential oils to address common concerns.
Participants will be able to listen and learn from the variety of questions and answers. There will be an opportunity to create a 30ml personalized blend for home use. A handout will be provided.
